About MAT Ministries
Welcome to Mercy and Truth Ministries where lives are truly being changed. Here at Mercy and Truth Ministries our motto is “Always looking up and Always moving forward.” (Hebrews 12: 2 & Philippians 3: 14)
Birthed out of transition and prayer in 1998, lives have truly been changed at Mercy and Truth; it would be a blessing for you to come and experience the anointed presence of God that resides in us as we teach the Kingdom and walk in Kingdom principles each and every day of our lives.
Let not Mercy and Truth forsake thee; bind them about thy neck…so shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man. Proverbs 3:3-4 (KJV)
Mercy and Truth Ministries is a progressive apostolic/prophetic ministry which focuses on restoration and wholeness of the entire man (spirit, soul and body). Birthed out transition and prayer in July of 1998, Mercy and Truth’s focus is on Excellence in Lifestyle and Ministry. We achieve this excellence by allowing the word of the Lord to have free course in our lives. We rely on the Holy Spirit through the Word of God to teach, lead and guide us into all truth. We commit to training and empowering others both spiritually as well as naturally in hopes of making them Fishers of Men. (John 16:13)
Our mission is to raise a people who will lift up the Lord’s standard in the earth by being “Living Epistles” (2 Corinthians 3:2). Our goal is to allow mercy to draw men and truth to change them. We value the “Walk-ability” of the Word and we strive to teach whereby all men may learn and grow.
The aim of Mercy and Truth is to give hope to the lost and to enrich the lives of those in need. Our hope is that all would come to know Jesus, not only as Savior, but also as Lord. Our mandate is to equip every believer for active service in the body of Christ utilizing the five-fold ministry gifts given to the church by Christ (Ephesians 4:11-15).
Our commitment is to stay in His presence, obey His voice and make disciples (disciplined ones) who in time will do the same ….until “The Kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of His Christ (Revelation 11:15).”
